Day 11 Mom is HOME THANK YOU LORD!!!
Today mom is home, she had a good night sleep. It was nice to call the house and have my mom answer the phone. Today she is meeting with the Home Care of Mid Missouri nurse and getting the PT set up. She is feeling better now and is trying to regain her strength. She will have to use a walker until she feels comfortable moving on her own. The hardest part is not letting her over-do-it. We have friends that are helping out with meals, which we greatly appreciate.

Diane,
I just learned about this yesterday and have been waiting to find out about the blog AND if you were still in the hospital, etc. I'm just praying a whole big bunch for you, girlie!! My goodness! This was such a shock to me. I'll see you soon. Lots of Love!! Becky B. (Mexico)
Shanna - Thank you for all the updates...my mom has shared this blog w/ me! That is very helpful!
Diane - So glad you are home, and sure that is comforting to just be in your own surroundings. I will be thinking of you and hoping you gain your strength soon! Love, Keli Hurst (Sears)
Diane, I am so glad you are home! My thoughts and prayers have been and still are with you and your family as you go through this trying time. I know everything will be okay and you will be back up and at it in no time. Love, Olivia
Diane,
I thought I blogged you a couple days ago after reading this, but it's not here so I'll try again. I'm glad they have you diagnosed and am praying for your treatment to be completely painfree and get you back to living normal for your family and loved ones. The last 2 years have been hard for me, but God is always there for people like you and me who love him. Sounds like you had good medical help as I did. God has been there every step of the way for me and I know how faithful you have been to him, so you are in good hands. Thinking of you and praying for you and your family! Steve & Ginny White
